At Dae, we want you to love your hair routine as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all products. If a formula isn't the perfect fit for your hair type, we'll make the return process as seamless as a desert sunset.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging or a similar sturdy box and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
